Professor Shouyang Wang gave a lecture on June 16, 2015, who is a researcher in Institute of Mathematics and Systems Science at Chinese Academy of Sciences; Academician of the Third World Academy of Sciences. The lecture is titled“TEI@IMethodology and Applications in Economic Analysis”. Dean Shaoan Huang of the center hosted this lecture.

Professor Wang explained the specific meaning ofTEI@IMethodology firstly, and then, he pointed that the due to the complexity of economic systems, it is difficult to make economic forecasting.TEI@Imethodology has a greater advantage than other methods to deal with this complexity. Finally Professor Wang mentioned that this methodology was successfully applied to forecast economic indicators such as GDP and CPI.
