Introduction

“Master Degree for University Staff” Programwhich is implemented now by Education Ministry is a brand-new postgraduate’s education program, whose features are less subjects for entrance examination, no need to join formal national postgraduate’s entrance examination, and the postgraduate only needs to take part in the coursework and pass the thesis reply to get his or her Master Degree. Only University staff can be allowed to choose this form as a way to gain Master Degree, and this way is carried out by Education Ministry with the purpose of ameliorating the structure of university staff education background and providing a special learning pattern for university faculty to apply for Master Degree.

Education Ministry appoints schools qualified to reward doctorate degree in some key universities to bear the enrollment and education of “Master Degree for University Staff” Program. SDUCER is one of institutes for educating postgraduates and research, which owns the right to reward master and doctor degrees on theoretical economics and applied economics. The political economics is a key subject in Shandong province with 188 postgraduates, 25 doctors and over 260 part-time learners; we learn from successful teaching models of many domestic and overseas famous universities, and we have ample experience in postgraduates educating. In order to satisfy learners of different strata, we use English Version Materials for some subjects and courses.

SDUCER has a researching and teaching faculty with acute attitude and great vigor, which consists of 17 full-time teachers and over 20 part-time teachers with doctorate degrees from domestic and overseas famous universities----- Professor Shaoan Huang, Professor Shenghong both work here, and prominent economists Yongmian Hong and HengFu Zou do part-time job (Giving Lectures or Supervising postgraduates)
